It has been seen by several mechanics and it is a $10 000 repair. **** did not return any calls, do not even want to try to help, and are not honest about the calls they receive. The 2010 **** F-250 in question with ******* miles was purchased on 11/15/2024. Due to the age & miles of the vehicle it is sold as-is. The dealership is not liable for any problems or repairs after the time of sale. The vehicle was in proper running condition at the time of sale. The customer did not inform **** of any problems until April of 2025, approximately 5 months after purchase.

They dont deserve a star ********* service date of 12-5-24 at 2pm I brought my Jeep in for new tires. Horrible! They wont replace my rim that they damaged while getting my vehicle serviced! They damaged my rim and its an aluminum rim and what they want to do is a temporary fix. A part (camshaft, rockers, and lifters) on my vehicle was "replaced" by this dealership and was told the part was fixed but the problem still persisted and may need more engine repair down the road and recommended a total engine replacement. I brought my truck to their service department to get some work done there, it was an *** issue. I checked my truck in and they said they would call me when it was done. I feel I was ripped off from ***** where I brought my vehicle in for a main problem to be fixed and then they added extra stuff on my vehicle that had nothing to do with the main problem without my knowledge and charged me extra outta pocket..I feel I shouldnt have to pay for their wrong doings, I feel thats how they scam people and I will never go back there for any business!

I have been here for repairs and two car buying experiences. It has been quick easy and yes fun. But I also do my research and go in there knowing what I want and they then get it for me. They respected me as a customer and I am a women so cant say it was because Of gender! LOL. So shouting out to Clayton, Gwyn and Kris. Thanks see you for my next new car!! ??
