Everyone I dealt with at Eide Chrysler treated my family and I extremely well throughout the entire process. From the salesman Dylan, the sales manager Don, and Ryan in the service department. It was worth the drive from Dickinson to purchase a new vehicle. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle we will definitely head to Eide Chrysler.
Is it standard operating procedure to request a five hundred dollar down payment? Too hold a vehicle that was going to go towards the Down payment? Then when the deal doesn’t work out to keep the five hundred dollars?

Purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and Kyle was great to work with.
