I purchased a 2014 jeep from Eide's about 6 months ago and that was a good experience. Yesterday, I took it in for repairs. The staff were great. EVERY single staff member I came into contact with was professional and friendly. When they encountered a problem with the repair, they gave me a rental to use which allowed me to continue my home visits to patients. Today, I got my jeep back and am extremely happy with the way it's driving. Thanks to everyone for providing great service. Keep doing the right thing!
Recently Jeep made me aware of a recall on my vehicle. I was instructed to contact my local dealer, I did so. They got my Jeep in and fixed the recall the same day. Not only that, the interactions I had Jackie Bius and the Service Manager were great. Both were friendly and went out of their way to make the process simple. Well done Eide!
