I highly recommend Eide Chrysler. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. Jeff Ayers has helped me lease 3 vehicles now. Jeff knows my likes and dislikes when it comes to the types of vehicles and vehicle colors I prefer. I always get a good deal and experience when I shop at Eide.
I was lied to right away. Promises weren’t kept, and didn’t receive everything I was told I would get or what would be done to my car.
Chris Klein was our salesman. We had excellent customer service! Chris contacted me right away and set up an appointment that worked with our schedule. He allowed us to test drive on our terms and answered any questions we had. Even took the time to talk to our son about something he was interested in. We were able to make an appointment to get work done on our vehicle and take it home the same day! Five Stars from this family!!

Chris Klein was super kind and professional! We spent a longer than usual amount of time there but he kept returning and letting us know what was going on. Eide still has a small town feel in a bigger town!
My husband and I had another great experience. We got a brand new Dodge Ram and love it! Dylan Hocking is great and very professional at what he does. He always goes above and beyond,very helpful and helps us stay within our budget. Dylan also helped us with my Dodge Durango a year and a half ago. We will not go to any other dealership because of the wonderful experience we have at Eide Chrysler with Dylan.
My husband and I have gotten three brand new vehicles from Eide since 2017. We continue to come back because of Jeff Ayers and how helpful he is. He is extremely professional and has gone above and beyond for us each and every time. He works with our budget and has spent countless hours making everything perfect for us.
