I'll just keep this factual. Called on Saturday about a critter in my boarded-up fireplace at my newly purchased home. Expressed my concern that it was trapped in there. Asked if wildlife removal and prevention were services that could be performed, was assured they were. The earliest appointment that could be made was Monday, 1-2:30. Today. I have work during the day, but I was able to get someone to go out to the house and wait for the inspector. Timeframe came and went, no call and no show. I called the main number again ... read more
