SCAM!!!!!!I had an extremely frustrating experience with Ehrlich Pest Control. I scheduled an appointment while I was staying at a hotel, making it especially important for me to coordinate my time carefully. Unfortunately, they never showed up—no call, no warning, nothing. Don is our inspector and he is awesome. He checks everything to make sure there are no bugs or critters.
Arik did a great job of explaining what and why he was doing things. He is responsive to our questions.
Don is always willing to listen to my concerns if I have any, is very knowledgeable about the habits of different bugs and is always friendly. Happy to have him back.
