Our technician Daniel was very helpful and informative- always have had a great experience using Ehrlich for our bug and rodent controls.
If I could give negative stars to the Newark office I would- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My mother has had a policy for over 30 years. Her house is now infested with termites! The Newark office has been completely unresponsive and will not honor their warranty. I cannot get a hold of a manager, have sent certified letters to headquarters and still no response.
