I have already called your office regarding issues with appointments. And while you were happy to correct the issue you did not do as promised. I was happy for years with your company but it seems that instead of being honest about who would be coming for an appointment and when that has changed. Why would I spend more time emailing you with the issue as well as listen to emply replies?
Exterminator was very thorough and polite.
Ehrllch pest control maybe a good conpany in doing work to get rid of wildlife HOWEVER their customer service and billing department are horrible and the worst. I had work done on my home in April 2025 and agreed to pay 50.00 per month. I went to make a payment on August 28th for 50.00 and they put a hold on my account and took 700.00 yes 700.00 of my money out of my account.
