worst pest control company imaginable. they took it upon themselves to spray my house, without any authorization, and are now billing me $400. a complaint against Ehrlich has been filed with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office.
I had Bain Pest Control, and they were amazing!! But then JP Pest purchased it, which was fine. But then Elrich purchased JP and that's when things went downhill. My service kept getting postponed without any notification. Ants started coming into the house and they still wouldn't prioritize coming to service my home. So unfortunately I had to leave and find service elsewhere. No sense paying for service if you won't get service in return.
Other one star reviews are spot on with my experience: they don’t show up or communicate. Their technicians never showed for the original appointment and then no one followed up to reschedule. I called them weeks later and was told someone would contact me to reschedule. No one ever did so I hired Mosquito Squad who came the next day. worst company i have ever dealt with. looking to have my annual termite inspection done(already paid for) with no luck. customer service tel. number are useless people located in FL who just send your concern via e-mail to another dept. no one calls back and one did; said he would be here a certain date and never showed up. this is a large national company and my advice is to go local so he can talked to responsible management.
