Dr.Foote was very attentive and friendly. However, the front desk could improve their customer service skills. I asked if there was a way I could get a link emailed to me instead of texted. It's easier to fill out the questionnaire they send me on a computer and the check in forms are usually emailed and texted. They replied well it's an automated system.
