I've been trying to contact these people to lease a space that they have available on their website for almost 2 years. Phone calls, emails.... nothing seems to get their attention. Maybe this post will. Good luck with them.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! I own a sizable business in New York. At the time, I was working on moving to Alabama to supply my southern market. I stumbled on some buildings in the Avalon area of Birmingham riding past them on my way from airport to the downtown area. I talked with two of the tenants that were occupying spaces and both tenants strongly recommended looking elsewhere. I asked them to elaborate as some tenants just like to complain. UPDATE 2: The customer service is improving here at EGS. Although we will not lease their properties moving forward, Adam, one of the leaders within the company, offered us out of the lease provided that we give a 60-90 day notice without penalty. At least they are willing to work with us in this way. However, be aware and read the lease to benefit your company. Ive been working with this company for many years and I can tell you that no one cares about there customers more than the management in the Birmingham office. Thanks for all you do.
