Since 2020, Egret Property has scheduled dumpster pickups, teams of leaf blowers, and street sweepers DIRECTLY behind our fence Monday through Friday anywhere from midnight till 4AM. We have repeatedly asked for them to schedule this type of maintenance at hours that do not violate the City of Austin's Noise ordinance which is from 10:30 to 7am however they do not care. EGRET PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS A BAD NEIGHBOR AND ABUSING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD WITH OVERNIGHT CLEANINGS AND TRASH BIN SERVICING AT 1AM ON SCHOOL NIGHTS. We have asked them respectfully for two years to resechedule their trash pick up and parking cleanings, but their property manager refuses.
