Martin taught me the tools to fix myself. Forward posture, tilted, rotated hips and muscle imbalances with hyper mobility were sending me to chiro and physical therapy with no long lasting results for the pain and had me ready give Egoscue a try. Excellent place all around! Friendly, caring, and kind!
Martin has been my Egosque therapist and trainer for 12 years. He has helped me recover from 2 hip replacements and 2 knee replacements which I could have avoided if I had done my exercises he gave me. Bike accident in Belize, rolled my snowmobile over my knees and spinal stenosis. I am pain free although my ankle will be fused! Martin and I will have me walking normally after cast is removed. PAIN FREE!!
