Very bad behavior of the apparent office staff. Not talk mannerly using bad words to the apartment people. I came here newly, I ask the tenants contact and car parking , she talk me badly and using bad words
Worst place I’ve ever lived. There is absolutely no ventilation in the hallways or elevators so In the summer heat especially when dealing with extreme hot and humid weather the building will have you melting. The hallways and elevator leaves you unable to breathe and I wouldn’t be surprised if people end up going to emergency because of how hot this building is. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Rent keeps going up, but the building can’t even provide basic necessities like heat and hot water. Hot water outages are so frequent it’s ridiculous, and today is just another example. The place is falling apart—mold, rats, cockroaches, you name it. And what’s worse? Management can’t even do anything about it because the higher-ups don’t give them the resources to fix anything.
