Alexis was super helpful and is by far the most professional staff at EGL. He fixed the problems caused by the other staff and lack of response. Originally I was very unhappy with my emails being ignored by the accounting staff for 2+ weeks, but Alexis returned my deposit and cleared up the problems all in 1 day. Wow. Really impressive what just 1 person can do compared to an entire department.
