Everything about our visit was perfect. From checking in to the service to the food! The owner, Mr. Hampton, even went the extra mile as we were celebrating our daughters 13th birthday with family. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our experience was incredible, and it was! Cannot wait to go back!

So I asked for eggs with cheese and onions.. They gave me scrambled eggs with uncooked onions on top and cheese not melted. So the waitress took them and put them in a microwave. Not fresh eggs just nuked. Then my son had sweet potato pancakes and I had pumpkin. Here pumpkin wins. The sweet potato lacked a sweet potato flavor. Also spices that you associate with sweet potatoes: such as cinnamon, or nutmeg, or any other spice. I would have to say they tasted like chalk. More flour than anything. I had the "classic" breakfast and a pumpkin pancake. The home fries were the best I have ever had. The pumpkin pancake was delicious. The server I had was friendly and very helpful. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. I enjoyed everything.

I came up for a visit from central Florida and have fallen in love. I've been spoiled. Breakfast will never be the same. The cuppa cocoa is by far the best thing ever. And blueberry muffins will never be good enough again. I'll always keep comparing it to the fabulous Eggs Up Grill.

We got there just in time yesterday morning (9 am) to not have to wait for a table! We were visiting my daughters best friend at USC, and had a long drive back to Maryland. Her friend recommended we eat at Eggs Up, so we did. Loved the seasonal "pumpkin spice pancakes" on the menu. My daughters friend and I split a short stack and a western omelette.
