The doctor and assistants have always provided information and explanations as needed. At times the doctor's explanation is not as clear as I would like, but further discussion to clarify is accepted and explanations are given that I believe are reasonable given the unknowns for the healing process for the injury I have.
Dr Eggleston explains things very well and does not push surgery unless necessary. He also performed my dad’s shoulder surgery and we were very pleased.

The journey through this accident has been challenging but with Dr Eggleston and his entire staff, it has been a positive experience. I have been kept completely informed and been offered every tool to therapy and care to get me moving toward healing.
Appointment in November 2023 went well. I was however overcharged for the visit. It is now mid April 2024 and I have not received a reimbursement after several requests. One star would be 4 if this had not happened.
He explains everything so well.
Test results, conditions and steps to move forward were explained completely and ask questions answered.
Dr. Eggleston listened attentively as I described my problem. He then explained what my symptoms could mean, and offered multiple ways to deal with it.
