I've never been to your restaurant and would never go there. Shaming a mother for feeding her baby is never okay. That mother is owed a sincere apology. Do you even get the absurdity of telling a mother not to feed her baby? Telling a mom to stop breastfeeding in your restaurant is just as ridiculous as telling a mom to stop bottle feeding. Btw, enjoy losing business.
poor service, long waits & not great food. it is decently priced but that is the only upside. I also see that this restaurant basically told a nursing mother to leave & that alone is disgusting & discriminatory. this is not a "family friendly" restaurant. I hope something is done about this. how DARE you tell a mother she can not feed her child. how disgusting of you to sexualize something completely natural. you will lose a lot of service & you deserve it. hopefully this business receives a law suit as well.
No mother should ever be made to feel guilty for doing what's best for her child. It is absolutely disgraceful, not to mention illegal, to force a woman out of your restaurant simply for feeding her child. Breastfeeding is completely natural and what you did was both immature and downright wrong. I hope you're ready for a sit-in because you definitely have one coming.
Shaming a breastfeeding mother is wrong!! We have every right to feed our children naturally if we choose to no matter where we are, as there are laws in place that you are supposed to abide by like everyone else. You are not an exception, you have no special privileges that trumps someone else's rights, and you are not well educated on basic human rights because a breastfeeding mother is still a human being. I hope your business plummets and you're forced to do a public national apology. You will never get my business with ... read more
You and your staff fucking suck. Why don't you leave or cover your head when you're eating next time. What was that mother supposed to do? Let her baby scream and interrupt your other patrons? Just stay at home in case her baby gets hungry? You people need to mind your own business and not worry about what or how a mother is feeding her baby.
I'll latch whenever, wherever my child requires me to. And I hope you understand everyone has a right to thrive--no matter how small.
Shame on you for disgracing a mother trying to fed her child! You deserve to loose business after forcing a paying customer away! That is highly illegal an you should be sued!
Shame on you for violating the law and kicking a nursing mother out of your establishment!! It is time to educate your employees and do some sensitivity training. Absolutely shameful!! I, for one, will never step foot in your restaurant again!
I feel like I must give 5 stars because of the horrible comments from other breastfeeding moms. I am a proud breastfeeder of a strong, big, and healthy 3 year old. I do not cover in public, and I have never been asked to stop. Perhaps I have gotten a few stares here, and there -- I am so concerned with just feeding my child that I do not pay any concern. It is unfortunate that a member of your staff made a mistake, and perhaps did not consult management with the complaint -- it does not mean that your business should be ruin... read more
