Absolutely the worst and dumbest travel agent in the history of travel agency's. Their staff take hours on the phone to do anything and then can't solve the most simplest of issues. Don't try and change a flight with them in an emergency situation as they need at least 6 hours to process your change. The airport counters can't change anything as this travel agent lock up your tickets in there system. We flew to brazil for business only to find the hotel Egencia provided a confirmation for.. did not have our confirmation. We had to scramble to find an alternative. Not a great situation to be in for international travel.

Booked a hotel and then tried to cancel and spent over an hour on the phone with them because for whatever reason they couldn't pull up my Itinerary number. They asked me to call the hotel and cancel through them, the hotel told me I had to cancel through Egencia and this back and forth went on for over an hour.

They don't confirm the flight seats, they only send your seat selection to the air company, and also send the confirmation to you without actually confirming with the air company. If you are lucky, the requested seat gets confirmed by the air company - however, if the seat does not get confirmed, you will not be aware, and no one will tell you.
