Very responsive, but did have one issue during my 5 years with them. My property is well taken care of except for one time that cost me unexpected cost. Other than that, it's been a mostly a trouble free relationship.
Efurd properties deliver excellent customer service. They always answer the phone and are able to get an answer quickly. They are well organized and staffed with professionals. Their maintenance staff is speedy and intelligent.
