Dr. Martinez has horrible bedside manners. Every appointment was rushed. He forgot to read my MRI results before coming into the room so was not even up to date on my care even though I drive 2 hours for these appointments. Waste of my time and money.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The entire purpose of a medical professional is to aid people who need medical attention. Not only does this "doctor" lack the compassion, empathy and kindness needed to help people. He seems to lack medical knowledge as well. My mother has been in severe pain for over a year for her back / hip after getting hurt in her profession. She has been so distraught and emotional that sometimes this gets the best of her. The receptionists are very kind. Dr. Martinez is a great listener, intensively Neuro examiner, takes the time to answer questions and shared detailed thoughts and plan. In addition, the Nurse was very kind.
