I think everyone should give these people a break... the staff here are working their asses off.. the place is pack'd to the gills with hurricane hold outs... all kinds of pets which normally not allowed.. the staff are keeping their cool and trying very hard to accommodate everyone.... you've got bored children running the halls.. things are NOT the norm... THANK YOU HILTON STAFF...

Amazing hotel and phenomenal staff! We just celebrated our anniversary weekend here and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience! We took advantage off all the hotel has to offer from the amazing breakfast to the relaxing spa, to the piano lounge, the sports bar to fine dining and of course the lazy river! The staff in every area of the hotel was well trained and friendly. We will definitely be back again soon!

We had a lovely experience at Hilton Orlando! When we arrived the bell boys took our luggage to our room (they insisted). Kayla at the front desk upgraded our family with a toddler to a suite which was amazing as our toddler got her own room to sleep in. The pool is incredible with a lazy river and excellent resort style service. The Bistro was great for breakfast/ lunch. A great, quiet stay in a fantastic location for Disney and Orange County convention center.
Food was great, rooms were small but comfortable. Customer service was a nightmare and the cleaning staff are pretty rude. Hiltons are wonderful, just not this one. Their motto claims “if you had a bad experience let us know and we will make it right.” Dont count on it.
Everyone from the valet/bellhop to the dinning staff were amazing, I had my two service dogs with me and everyone was so helpful and kind to them. I will always choose Hilton!
We were her for a conference. Loved the service, food and accommodations. The staff was very friendly. Well orchestrated event venue.
