Hotel is clean, very comfortable beds and the staff is unbelievable!
We are local hotel hoppers and are in search of the best pool/luxury/family hotel in Orlando. We found ourselves in a small room w 2 queens as we always book yet the bedding was inconsistent and it was extremely hard to sleep. The vallet were EXTREMELY thirsty and seemed angry if I tipped one vs the other. There was a huge cockroach guarding the elevators. My family and I enjoyed spending my daughter birthday at the Hilton beautiful hotel love the room and the service the pool and lazy river was great my daughter's enjoyed the pool thanks my daughter had a memorable experience for her birthday
The best really cool place great service and #1 place
We had a very good experience with this Hotel. Our host was very professional and patient. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathrooms towels wasn't soft and plush like the other Hilton. Restaurant was very good. The breakfast is a little expensive. The pool area was very clean and my son loved the lazy river. The cabanas was clean, but overpriced.
The hotel staff was somewhat friendly. The restrooms were poorly maintained. When there is heavy traffic and a conference being held the restrooms should not smell of foul order. The rooms are okay but for the rate, there should be parking including instead of $22 a day fee.
Awesome place will come back again. Kids had a great time too.
This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at in my life! I can't believe there's a bonfire with s'mores and a lazy river out back! I'm here for work, but want to return with my husband and daughter in the future.
We asked for a microwave at the front desk didn't receive it Eat in the restaurant charged extra with beverages. Check in waiting time for more than an hour due to room still for cleaning .
