Beautiful hotel. Lovely food by the poolside. Staff friendly and efficient. Rooms very good size
Love the pool and lazy river. Even went down the slide a few times with my grandkids.
Rip off start to finish and no response to my online complaints. $22 a night to park, $27 a day convention tax per room when we were on a family holiday, tiny food portions on A La Carte and they try and charge $3 for water in the room. I've stayed in many hotels around the world on business and for pleasure and this is the worst value for money I've ever experienced. Shame on you Hilton.
The pool area was perfect. My family had a great time while visiting. The rooms were cleaned daily and staff was very nice. Great getaway!!!
Was there labor day weekend, Sat.-Tuesday, had a good time, we just have to carry our luggage up to our 11th floor room. Food & service during breakfast & happy hour is fabulous @ the bistro & David's. Thanks...
Fabulous...what a great job they did during Hurrican Irma. They are prompt and courteous, they answer the desk room phone by the second ring.... Steak at Spencer's 5 star....parking super... Thanks for helping everyone during the hurricane!
The hotel rooms are spacious. The pool area is great especially in the evening. The front desk staff are friendly but the restaurant staff throughout the hotel were not very nice. They didn't seem happy to be working at this hotel.
I enjoyed everyday of my stay. The hotel is beautiful and have many options to use. I tried the spa and had the best service with Michelle. Morning breakfast was delicious. Patricia and Eddie took care of our table most mornings. They are warm, and explained what to do at the property. I'll definitely recommend �
Room and surfaces full of dust - lamps , headboards , night stands , bathtub had two long hairs , sheets were stained w blue marks and the duvet cover had a yellow stain - I am a director of housekeeping of a hotel in miami and I can tell you this is not correct !!!
