A fantastic gym with fantastic trainers bringing a variety of programs for a fantastic bunch clients. A very friendly environment that supports and encourages you to push yourself.
I work in the city and this gym is the perfect start to my day, friendly faces each morning, a challenging group work out to make me sweat and a shower so I can head straight to the office after my workout.
Best gym ever. This is the only gym I have been motivated to continue attending over a long period of time. It’s relaxed but friendly, there is variety in what we do, and the owners and other trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. They also tailor workouts to individual needs. Highly recommend.
