Ellen is fantastic the coolest trainer in the world iv come such a long way with weight loss
Just wanted to shout out this gym in particular, it has been great to come in, have a laugh and get back into fitness. I'd like to point out the gym has 24/7 access available. It also has a convienient location if you are a healthcare worker and are short on time like me, great trainers (cheers by the way) and is always clean and well maintained. It is small in size but big in heart. Definetly fantastic to be here.
Love EFM at the RAH! It’s a small club with a great community and amazing trainers, an excellent place to work out. The tight-knit atmosphere fosters motivation and support among members, while the quality of the trainers ensures effective guidance and progress.
