Was very Professional and informative. Looked over and tested old furnace. Suggested a new furnace which Dominion Gas Co. said had a CO2 major concern. Efficient H&C disassembled and cleaned up, took it all. The new furnace was installed with all parts necessary and working beautifully within hours. Thank You So Much
Our radiator heating system stopped working during a series of power surges last week. After the illuminating company restored our power line and an electrician replaced the dead fuses in the house, the heating was still not working. Jim (Efficient Heating and Cooling) came over soon after we contacted him and went right to work. He had to do some exploring to determine if the problem was within or outside the equipment.
