I couldn't be happier with Efficiency Mechanical and the work they did for our company. Drew and his team had the knowledge and resourcefulness to find a solution to the difficult problem that our project presented. And they did so in a way that substantially reduced the amount of their original quote. For their professionalism, their honesty, the great job they did and how easy they are to work with, we give Efficiency Mechanical our highest recommendation.
Just had efficiency mechanical come out and install a new ac unit. Professionalism is par none and the quality of the work is outstanding. Will definitely be using them again for any ac work/maintenance.
We have been on the pre-paid maintenance plan with Efficiency Mechanical for many years and are very satisfied. The technicians arrive on time and give a courtesy call when about 20-30 minutes out. They are very professional and friendly. They service the outside units and then come inside to inspect the thermostats and always put booties on when coming inside.
Justin Lang did our service today. The problem was complex but he chased it down and fixed it. He was professional and courteous. Thank you.
Bill Smith serviced our furnaces today. He arrived right on time, completed the job, played with our dog and all is well. We hope Efficacy Mechanical sends Bill in the spring to check on the air conditioning.
