Efficiency Heating & Cooling was great! Doug diagnosed the problem on our AC unit immediately and had it fixed 30 minutes later. I was also pleasantly surprised by the reasonable fee for the repair. I will definitely be calling Efficiency Heating & Cooling for all my future HVAC needs!
We had AC added to our current heating system and had a very positive experience. We had three estimates from three different companies and Efficiency was the most knowledgeable, professional, and well priced. Within 3 weeks of the initial call the AC was installed and ready to use. We really are happy with the experience working with everyone and are so pleased we could get AC installed so fast, before the first heat wave of the summer hits. We would gladly recommend you to anyone looking to have AC work done at their home.

Efficiency was selected to add a return air intake to our basement, and add a large scale (14") fresh air intake / makeup air / economiser system. The job was complicated due to the need to install the intake through a 9" cement wall just below grade. The grade work also required removing a good size boulder. All were performed to our satisfaction in reasonable time. I had such a great, stress-free experience with Efficiency. I had a bunch of estimates. Not only was their price 100% fair, but Jason (the salesperson who came out and did the estimate) was a total rock star. Efficiency Heating and Cooling was a pleasure to work with! All of the staff were very polite and did not pressure us into any decisions. They gave us their recommendations, along with a couple of different options. The installation was also VERY quick! They came out and installed the AC about a week and a half later and got it installed in 1 day! I will definitely be recommending Efficiency Heating and Cooling to my friends and family.
