RecommendedEfficiency Heating & Cooling installed our air conditioning system, helped us with a payment plan that was great, and they have serviced our system in a cheerful, professional manner. I appreciated all the options we had in selecting a system to meet our needs. (We have a collie who likes to get into everyone’s business, but these guys were so patient and kind toward her!)
I've been using Efficiency since we moved to Portland 3 years ago. They've been really good and easy to work with. They call and remind me on time, call when they are on the way and are always very thorough. I recommend them highly.
As soon as I called they sent me information on the service team that was coming to my home, Mike was courteous and very thorough in his explanations. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very confident with the job he did. He was also efficient and clean. I recommend Efficiency Heating wholeheartedly.
The team at Efficiency Heating and Cooling are the best! Called after 5pm and had heat back on before noon the next day. They called when they said they would to let me know they were on the way and showed up right when the service was scheduled. Great, friendly techs with years of knowledge to let you know your options and pricing. Quick service! Matt Rohman and his team will always be the only heating and cooling company I’ll ever use.

Efficiency Heating & Cooling did a wonderful job of diagnosing the problem, explaining it to me in understandable terms, and replacing my furnace within one day! I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone considering hiring them! I am now awaiting a quote on adding heating and cooling to my finished attic!
