In each session I feel like I’ve been able to let go of what’s held me down and make room for what’s to come. I’m able to approach my ptsd knowing that Edwina is holding a regulated, safe and secure space for me. Even though it’s my work to do I never feel alone in doing it. Everyone needs an Edwina in their life! Life changing stuff!!
