Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

I always have a pleasant experience when visiting Dr. Helitzer's office. His Office Manager Gabrielle is very friendly and always greets us with a smile. She works with my busy schedule to help find the best time for my appointments and is very efficient. Dr. Helitzer and his staff stay on schedule and always give curteous reminder calls the day before to remind us of our appointment. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
