We just moved across the country a week ago and our young pup has been up all night and nervous with all of the changes. Not knowing where to turn in our new city, we called EPH, since they know our dogs and have treated them before. Even on a Saturday, they called in meds to our pharmacy to help our little one relax. Thank you so much, for caring for our dogs as much as we do.
My dog Jill was in serious condition when I took her in this morning. She still is, but is doing remarkably better because of the excellent care she received here before we took her to the emergency center for extended care. The emergency doctor commented on how impressed she was with Jill's treatment prior to her arrival. The gals at the front desk were awesome as usual as well. When I was too upset to communicate, they knew what I needed and took care of me without me saying a word. They have always taken good care of us.
Almost two years ago I found a kitten in my drive thru at work. I took her to the closest vet office I could & they shot us down saying they couldn't do anything for me & said I just need to take her to the pound. My boyfriend told me to take her here & they took us! My girl had an upper respiratory infection & was 3-5 weeks old. We got her on medication & were able to help her. We transferred our pet care when we moved & it was an easy choice after the first time there, that this is our new place! Good with the animals & competitive prices..
Dr. Mueller and her staff are wonderful. I could not be happier with the care my dog received at EPH while undergoing a tooth extraction recently. Dr. Mueller outlined the procedure clearly prior to the surgery, allowed my husband to go back and see our dog while he was in recovery, and then followed up with us after our dog was home. Caring and professional- you don't always get both.
