I love that the staff knows me and my pets. They genuinely care about them and listen to me. I recommend them to everyone.
As a first time puppy owner, I had no idea what I was doing. They explained everything to me, gave me pamphlets on everything about my new family member and answered any questions and concerns I had. I could not have picked a better vet to go to!!!!!
My experience with Edwardsville Pet Hospital started over 18 years ago when I took my puppy there with some serious issues she had gotten into some rat poison. If it would not have been for Dr. Karen VanAnrooy and her staff I would have lost this fur baby. great staff...always polite, courteous and loving towards the animals. staff always takes time to answer all the questions you have.
I have never had no bad experience with them. When I got my dog which was puppy they were great and she sick unexpectedly and immediately got her in no questions asked. I still go to them with help!
