Dr Kelly is amazing. We have not had much lucks with vets for our animals. We were told about Dr Kelly, so we thought we would try it. Our dog had not been gaining weight, but was eating and had some other issues. He is a Lab/English Mastiff mix, he was down to 70 pounds. Took him in the first part of March. Dr Kelly did blood work and found out he had a Brown Tick Disease. She prescribed medication and he is all better. She saved our dog and was so kind and caring. Yesterday I would have rated this clinic a 1. Had an incident with a staff member that was bad and I left feeling verbally assaulted because that is what I was. That staff member has not felt the need to apologize but Dr. Kelly and the business manager Carole had me come in and tell them what happened because they were not there at the time of the incident. This is the worst clinic I have ever been to! Very rude and disrespectful and no compassion I will never go back! My wife's chihuahua had a chip fracture and we took her to Kelly and she had a cast put on it which rubbed a terrible sore. We went back after removing the cast ourselves and the woman who came in to talk to us was very rude from the beginning. I will not go into a lot of details but the dog that was taken to this clinic is now deceased. The vet Bill was quite expensive and this Clinic had no sympathy and required full pmt before releasing the dog. The staff had the audacity to state they had omitted some of the charges, however upon review of the Bill there was a Office Fee and the vet never even came into the room and spoke with my family member!!
