RecommendedThe administration is simply outstanding. I had a records problem with my newly acquired dog and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. My congratulation to the clinic.
Called twice to try and make an appointment. First time I was asked if I could hold and I said yes, instead of placing me on hold I was hung up on. Second time I called I asked about bringing in my pup and could only hear someone that sounded like they were talking to the person I was talking to and then was abruptly hung up on again. I understand if they are busy but to be hung up on twice with no reason or warning or appointment made is kind of, well, rude.

RecommendedGreat staff! My dog had eaten a lot of paper towels! They told me to bring her right in, as it was our first visit ...other vets wouldn’t see her! This is going to be Chloe’s new vet! Thankful and blessed! Chloe had to have surgery, and is on the mend!
