Not happy with Edwards on Keystone. Manager is not knowledgable and is new. Told it was financing but actually numbers to a personal loan which is a no. Also told that this particular store does not tow back home but others do.
This is the WORST PLACE ever, charged me 800$ for brakes only to tell me that I needed 2000 more to complete the job and then got an attitude and set my truck outside the building and told me to come get it because I wasn't satisfied with the managers answer, rude nonprofessionals is exactly what they are. Don't EVER take you vehicle to the location on keystone!!!!! They have a scheme for 109.00 to get u there which includes towing and full diag printed out with finding and repair cost. Once they have your car they say we can’t do a full diag on a print out unless you pay $500.00 to pull transmission. Then if u can’t afford the findings come get you car and a tore down transmission in a box ASAP.. I asked about the $109.00 printed out diag I was promised then they say I misunderstood them.
