I just wanted to say thanks to mark for all the extra time he spent with me explaining everything tha tneeded to be done to fix my car. It's running great now and I feel good about the repairs because of mark, thanks again!

I'm in college right now so the last thing I have is a ton of money and when my car stopped going I thought I was really screwed! It just got worse and worse as I found it my car would need a new transmission! Thankfully the manager at edwards told me that they had financing and he was able to get me financed since my vehicle is paid off. I'm driving my car and making a small affordable monthly payment on the repairs I needed. thanks again edwards!

of course I didn't want to hear that my transmission has some serious issues, lets be honest no one does but I DO appreciate that the manager at edwards was honest and straight forward about what was going on with my car. Although I couldn't afford the work at that time the manager said as long as nothing else broke before I brought it back he would honor the price he quoted me. With everything they did for me (for free!) I will definitely be back once I have the money to fix my car!

I don't really have much to say honestly, they did great work and their estimate was competitive and accurate, what more could you ask for? the guys were nice and they made sure I was satisfied with the work before I left so I'm happy and will return if I ever need more work.

I was very impressed with the service I got at edwards transmissions in greenwood. The manager there rodney was very kind and professional and I was amazed at how clean the shop was for being a mechanics shop, normally those kinds of places are pretty dirty but you could tell that he took pride in his business and made sure that his guys kept it clean. A++ to this company.

It was really nice to have a mechanic around like buddy that seems to know everything there is to konw about cars lol. He explained a lot to me on my ride home from the shop and was always available to talk to whenever I called in. Thanks again buddy you put my mind to ease with all your answers!
