Through the entire repair the managers at the shop were always calling me and letting me know what was going on with my car and honeslty that made me feel way better about letting them work on it.

I was able to get my truck serviced on my lunch break which was really nice since I have such a busy schedule. I made my appointment on their website and then when I drove in they already knew all about me and were working on my car within minutes.

I was very impressed with the whole shop. Joe was great and Mark was nice enough to give me a ride hom. The car is fixed and I'm one satisfied customer.

I was really worried that I wasn't going to be able to afford to fix my car with the holidays coming up but Joe was awesome with helping me! I ended up getting my repairs financed which made a huge difference for me, talk about a load off of my back!!! It's never fun to have to make repairs around the holidays but Joe made it much easier!

It was nice to have a warranty on the work that I had done, I ended up having to take the car back about six months later but everything was covered.

of course no time is a good time to have transmission problems but it was great that edwards was able to find someone to finance the repairs for me so I didn't have to pay all of it out of pocket, thanks!
