I've been going to edwards for years and even though the guy i used to work with doesn't work there anymore this new guy mitch is just as great! he was super friendly and had my car looked at the same day I dropped it off.
the transmission in my rav4 shifts great now no problems slipping or anything! Thanks again Mitch and Mark@!
lol everyone goes to mitch for car work, hes always fair with us and does his best to fix our cars the same day if possible!
the manager at the greenwood location was super helpful with my vehicle. I thought that my truck needed a new transmission it was clicking but it was actually an axle, Mitch showed me where the axle was broken and had me a quote within a few hours.
overall i'm happy, my suburban is fixed and they were able to repair it instead of putting a whole new transmission in which saved me a ton of money.
everything went great, hopefully nothing will need to be done during the 10 day check up!
it was a little more than I wanted to spend but at the end of the day its fixe dand i can make it to work and thats what matters.
thanks for all the help joe! my suburban is running soooooo much better now that you fixed the transmission, it's also getting better mpg now too!!
It took a little longer than I wanted it to but thats alright. They gave me a bit of a discount since it took a little extra time and they got me a rental vehicle while I had to wait.
