0 stars. I really hate to write this. I decided to get plumber to remove a Moen faucet cartridge. Difficult for amateur but I assumed easy for a pro with proper tools. Mike Edwards told me there is no tool to get that out since I took the center out and wrecked it. My 1-piece shower would have to be cut open and pipes & fixtures replaced estimate $650. This was all false info. I assume he knows that. I went on YouTube. #6 Easy Out tool $6. I had it out in less than 15 min. shower fixed. This was either incompetence or dishon... read more

Mike is a class act. I had a water heater blow up on Halloween and I called him first thing Sunday morning (early, I have small kids). He called me right back and was there by noon. Had a new water heater by 2:30 on Sunday. It wasn't just that he responded quickly and got it done on a Sunday - Mike was a straight shooter from the very first conversation. He told me what I needed, no more and no less. Didn't try to upsell me something that would cost me more with no benefit. Just a straight up honest guy doing the right thing... read more
