They got a nice service department. All of the folks are so good. Few good points to list down. 1. A detailed and expected estimate of the Service. 2. Good Technicians. 3. Few of the names that I have worked with and they are really good. ( Ashley, Laura) 4. Good Follow up- Keep on updating time to time about the service and any delays. ( if there is any) 5. Nice Shuttle service. 6. Nice waiting area with a proper WiFi. Overall its a very nice experience I had. Kudos!! team keep up the good work.

They said they could work with our warranty but couldn’t - making taking our car in for the diagnostic pointless if they can’t work on it there anyway. They said it would take two hours to figure out what the car needed but we had to call like 5 times over the span of 2 days to get any sort of answers. The communication was SO slow. When they say they can program a fob we bring, they don’t mean it — they didn’t like the fob we brought. Then we get a sheet of over $3,000 of repairs they think we need?? So I went in for an oil change on my 2015 Mitsubishi outlander sport like I have been for almost 10 years since I bought the vehicle brand new from there. But this time was different something told me to check the oil when I got home which is 15 miles from the dealership. When I got home and checked the oil level it was way above the full mark.
