Placed an online order for a paint repair kit to be shipped and got an order confirmation email. 3 weeks passed, and no order arrived. I followed up via e-mail twice about my order. Radio silence. Cannot get a response from two different Edwards Kia service emails. Do not recommend. Moving on to work with a different Kia dealer that will respond.
