10/10 experience. This is my second lease with Kia and I cannot thank Nate and Dayra enough for their help. They were both extremely hospitable and helpful. I would recommend leasing or buying with Edwards Kia if you are looking for a great vehicle from people who are very knowledgeable! The leasing process was smooth with clear pricing and no games. It was a comfortable environment with fantastic communication.
Reagan was awesome to work with! Super easy and simple, he even drove all the way across town to another dealership to get the car we wanted. Overall Reagan and the dealership were very honest and knowledgeable, will definitely be back!

After the "service" I received a message from them: "If there is any reason your visit wasn't “EXTREMELY SATISFIED”, please respond to this message". I responded. Aaaand... NOTHING. They never replied. No, my visit was not satisfactory AT ALL. Because you charged me 200 bucks for cleaning the leaves, when you KNEW upfront it was just debree causing it.
