I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of respect shown by the sales representative, Edgar, at this dealership. When I visited after seeing a promotion online, he abruptly told me the offer was no longer available. He then showed me another vehicle, which I liked, but when I asked for the monthly payment estimate, he insisted on running my credit first.
