Ryan, did a great job to explain my situation and expectations. His assessment was 100% what I was experiencing.
Through occupational health, the visit felt mostly administrative — no hands-on exam and limited treatment. For real, evidence-based care, a direct primary doctor referral is likely better. He seemed like a good person tho
