I was in need of some work around my home and had to google to find Edward's number. I have used them several times in the past, but had lost the phone number (new phone on my end and lost contacts). I happened to see the negative review, and was appalled. This is NOT the Alan Yates that roofed my house, installed gutters on my house, roofed my daughters house, and installed a roof and gutters for my father in law. I had them do our roof 6 years ago and everything was fine except an ice dam that occurred once. Recently I discovered a small leak in my bath and there were some shingles that came off the side of the roof. They come in planks. There are only 2 that need changing. Maybe a two-hour job at the most and he has a vendor that he uses that has our type of shingles in stock. Alan Yates promised for weeks he would have someone out. Our business had a car crash into our store entrance in December. We called Mr. Yates and they were able to get us back open the next day! We appreciate them helping us so quickly!
Allan with Edwards roofing did a great job on the repairs of my house. They replaced the roof, installed new gutters and replace 22 windows. Outstanding quality work!
When I bought my house in 2020, the sellers had Edwards Roofing replace the roof. Because the sellers main concern was to make the sale and get out, mistakes were made on some of the decisions concerning how the job was done. I was able to get in touch with Allen Yates, and he sent someone out to fix the errors, not once, not twice, but three times to get it right.
