I was in need of some work around my home and had to google to find Edward's number. I have used them several times in the past, but had lost the phone number (new phone on my end and lost contacts). I happened to see the negative review, and was appalled. I had them do our roof 6 years ago and everything was fine except an ice dam that occurred once. Recently I discovered a small leak in my bath and there were some shingles that came off the side of the roof. They come in planks. There are only 2 that need changing. Maybe a two-hour job at the most and he has a vendor that he uses that has our type of shingles in stock. Alan Yates promised for weeks he would have someone out. Last year, Allan Yates helped me with replacing the front part of my roof, since the previous company did shoddy work. I was so impressed when I came home to a new roof, and there was no evidence they had been there because everything was spotless! Yesterday, I casually mentioned I had a new leak on the back part of the roof (not the part he replaced), and he had a Crew out at 7am, and already fixed this morning! I am so impressed, and I highly recommend them for your home improvement needs!

When I bought my house in 2020, the sellers had Edwards Roofing replace the roof. Because the sellers main concern was to make the sale and get out, mistakes were made on some of the decisions concerning how the job was done. I was able to get in touch with Allen Yates, and he sent someone out to fix the errors, not once, not twice, but three times to get it right.
