Outstanding customer service; very professional. We've used Edwards a few times in recent years when our AC would break in 100 degree summer weather. Other companies would tell us it would take a week to send us a technician for service. But Edwards responded promptly and even after hours. We use only Edwards now. Edwards installed a new AC/furnace for us a couple months ago- it's been running great. The staff is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!
