I want to give a gigantic shout out to THAD COLE!!! He got me into a Chevy Equinox 2025 LT… He listened to me while I told him everything I wanted and he worked very hard to fix everything into the vehicle price. He got me a good deal on an out the door price. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person than Thad. If anyone want a out the door cash car please choose Thad.. Service advisor was responsive and communicated the progress of the repairs but the price of the bypass transmission sensor I definitely do not agree with.
Appointment: 1 p.m. Still here right now @ 4:19 p.m. Don't come here unless you want to throw half of your day away. Highly disappointed.
I came in for scheduled maintenance. I was able to make an appointment ahead of time and Rick was thorough in keeping me informed on everything I needed. The mechanics are great and have things done in a timely fashion. As always I get a few minutes to talk with my sales rep Veronica. She just asks how I’m enjoying my car. I’m so pleased I tell people who stop me and ask about the car to go to Edwards because Veronica is the most knowledgeable person in EVs I’ve met.
