Competent, quick service for my 2015 Suburban.
Service advisor was rude and had an attitude from drop off to pick up. She didn’t call me to let me know my vehicle was ready nor did she send the text alerts. I had to cancel my child’s Dr appt because I did not receive the call my car was ready by noon. Once I did get the advisor on the phone after leaving a message a little after 1 she still did not return my call I have to call back before I left work to see if the vehicle was ready and she stated it’s been ready since lunch- with no communication from the advisor. Three times I brought the car in for a/c service, which was never performed. I bought the car from Edwards, and always had it serviced there. After Edwards failed to "get around to it" the third time, I picked the car up and decided never to go back to Edwards. I found an alternative shop nearby that has an excellent reputation for transparency and competency, which got the a/c fixed. I will have all future service done there, not at Edwards.
