I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding service for my 2024 Nissan Sentra. I scheduled an appointment through the dealership and drove all the way from Tuscaloosa to Birmingham to have my vehicle inspected due to ongoing issues I’ve been experiencing for months. I really just want to get on here and say thank you to the team! But especially Mr. Mike King who took a chance on me and work diligently to get me into a vehicle. He is very kind god fearing and positive. He checked in with me and let me know where everything stood and was very honest with me. Mike King is the salesman you want to see!! I also want to give a thanks to Jay Mathis the finance guru. And, Justin and as I said the whole team who took the time and the liberty of taking care of me.
Long wait for the basic services and subpar waiting amenities. Could offer more hospitality.
