I was talking to a salesman about trading in my truck for a new one over text because I live a decent distance away. Gave him all my information, he said “perfect, one moment.” Never heard back from him. Thanks for saving me a 4 hour drive I guess.
I got called in for an unspecified recall. Turns out to be an air bag inflator recall. Nothing on the dashboard indicated an air bag issue... until I was driving home from this "service." Now, the Service Air Bag light is on every time I start the vehicle. This should have been addressed before telling me that my vehicle was "good to go."
I am soooo happy I went there Francis was very helpful and knew our needs he is an expert he is bilingual which is a plus. 100% recommended this gentleman is very friendly and knowledgeable listens to his customers. We are very satisfied with our purchase!!
