Bought a car from them a year ago and they sold me a car with a dent and told me it was gonna get fixed the same day I bought it. I’ve been nagging on them to fix it but after the last time I asked them they told me “since there was no written agreement saying we would fix it we can’t” so they are not very trustworthy. From Tyler's initial outreach by text, phone and email, to our in person meeting at the dealership a couple of hours later, and during the introduction and test drive of my new Envision, and all the way through negotiation and signing, I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer.
