Always love the prompt, quick service and polite staff, especially Sheryl. But only gave 4 stars as the oil change tech did not refill my washer fluid. It was completely empty! I even mentioned it was empty!!!!!
I came in for a routine oil change & Tiffany was friendly, and knowledgeable. I waited in the customer service area while my truck maintenance was performed and the customer service waiting area has room for improvement. There are no TV’s available in the waiting area to watch news or sports while you wait. Also there is limited space to charge/plug in a laptop if you have to work remote while waiting (my situation).
